As we kiss Summer goodbye, we say hello to flannels, Fall activities, and a MAJOR update that was added to the Novo app. So with that being said, let’s get into the newsletter!
💸 ACH Cancellation
This is a HUGE update! You can now cancel ACH transfers made through the Novo app before they’re submitted to our partner bank. Once you’ve made an ACH transfer, go to the Activity tab and select the transaction to see the cancellation option.
This is for both sending payments and transferring funds into your Novo account. This update is only on the Novo app for iOS and Android devices and we’re hoping to launch this with our web app soon!
🌎 Wise, formerly TransferWise, Pricing
Wise has lowered its fees for customers sending from USD for three currencies by up to 29%. The following currencies that will have this price decrease through the Novo app are:
- Indian Rupee (INR)
- Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
- Thai Baht (THB)
Whether you’re making one payment or multiple payments in one of these currencies, we’re glad we can provide you with some savings! Let us know which currencies you use, and we'll place a lower fee request with Wise!

🐶 Novo Pet of the Month
This pretty pup is Mango! She was rescued off the streets of Michoacán, Mexico by her owner Jill Tomich and is now the supermodel of Boho Mango. Boho Mango specializes in custom dog collars designed by the Huichol tribe and other unique works created by native artisans all over Mexico. You can see Mango modeling their Rainforest dog collar.
